The idea behind Oviasoft was sparked during a coffee at Gare Cornavin in Geneva.

I was meeting with a friend — an entrepreneur — and, as always, the conversation turned to digital. He asked me for advice on an ERP, and I shared some insights. Then he told me about his latest struggle: a failed project with a digital agency.

“They were too technical,” he said. “They didn’t understand my needs. No real analysis, no vision, no problem-solving mindset. Just execution.”

That conversation struck a chord.
